Book Activity #6
Two new ideas’ I learned about Mythology:

  1. The Roman’s conquered Greece and brought the Greek’s stories back to Italy with them. They changed the names of the characters in each story to traditional Roman names and adopted the stories as their own.
  2. Myths were created to explain the tribulations of life.
One navigational tip:
  1. Click on the links within the website to expand the page and discover more in-depth information on each god/goddess.
One informational feature:
  1. The winged sandals site had both animated videos and written stories of each god/goddess. Students are able to read the myth and then watch it play out in short cartoon episodes.
